Spring Talks

Our Talks this Spring will be held at the Library at 7.30pm
Cost £4 including refreshments and a free raffle (£10 voucher)
Guests welcome (also pay £4)

Monday 18th March : Talk by Mike Sheldon "The History and Development of Hill Close Gardens in Warwick"

Monday 15th April : Talk by Brian Goodey "Middleton's past lanscapes and gardens". The recent threat to trees in our Village started Brian thinking and studying the material in the Middleton Cheney archive; especially photographs - these tell us much of what we have lost (and saved) in terms of trees, gardens and green spaces.  Brian's talk will be an illustrated journey from then to now with plenty of room for audience participation.
